SysMLv2 workshop with Tim Weilkiens
INCOSE Denmark has the pleasure of inviting all members to a two-day SysMLv2 workshop with Tim Weilkiens on March 17th and 18th at DTU.
SysML v2 represents a major evolution in model-based systems engineering, offering significantly enhanced precision, expressiveness, and tool interoperability compared to SysML v1. With the OMG specification finalized in 2025 and commercial tools now available, this workshop positions you to lead SysML v2 adoption in your organization.
The course is led by Tim Weilkiens from oose (a Hamburg-based training and consulting company), a globally recognized authority in MBSE. Tim is a co-author of the SysML v1 specification, was co-chair of the SysML v2 finalization task force, and currently serves as co-chair of the SysML v2.1 revision task force. His deep involvement in the standard's development ensures you receive first-hand insights into the language's design decisions and best practices.

Agenda
Day 1 establishes your foundation in SysML v2. You'll gain insight into the language's development and fundamental modeling concepts. Through focused theory and hands-on exercises, you'll model system context, structure, and use cases.
In day 2, you'll learn how to model requirements and trace them to system elements, describe interactions using messages and flows, and capture system behavior with actions and state machines.
Beyond modeling techniques, you'll also gain critical insight into SysML v2's language architecture, and KerML foundation. Final topics cover modeling temporal and spatial aspects, and variability concepts.
